New Washington State Carbon Monoxide Detector Law

Are you aware of the new Washington State carbon monoxide law that went into effect on July 1st 2012?

Every home that is transferred to a new owner through a sale, must be equipped with carbon monoxide detectors. The seller is responsible for installing them prior to the closing of the home.

They are relatively easy to install. Learn more in the video below.
