Experience:
As a full time, professional Realtor specializing in downtown and surrounding neighborhoods, my commitment is to provide you with timely and accurate advice; to refer you to experts on matters that are outside of my expertise; and, to negotiate the very best terms on your behalf, while upholding the highest standards of ethics and honesty. Because of my commitment thorough client advocacy, I will not be a Dual Agent on any transaction. (Representing both Sellers and Buyers in the same transaction.) My pledge is to serve my clients with excellence from the beginning of the home selling and buying process to long after the transaction is closed.
Education:
I received my degree in Interior Design at Seattle’s Cornish College of the Arts.
My design background has given me a keen eye to see potential in homes. Additionally, I am able to assist my clients in presenting their properties to maximize their greatest potential.
Personal History:
Seattle has been my home for the last three decades. Because I grew up in a large family (7 siblings) and moved many times throughout my childhood, I can empathize with the physical and emotional difficulties of moving -- even if it’s just across town. My goal is to make the moving experience as stress-free as possible. I accomplish this by providing superior service as well as emotional support throughout the home selling and moving process.
