Joe’s mission is to add exceptional and unmatched value to his clients with his 34 years of real estate development experience. With his extensive knowledge of Puget Sound land and residential development properties his mission is to create win-win transactions. Joe has negotiated over $360 million in cumulative land sale transactions from 1999 to today. Prior to moving to the Seattle area in 1998 Joe worked for the Del Webb Corporation in Las Vegas as the Vice President of Construction at Sun City Summerlin. He also spent 17 years in the San Francisco area overseeing operations in a multi-state environment, building apartments, condominiums, single family housing and numerous subdivisions. Joe considers himself a builder by background, having built his first home 32 years ago and with supervision of over 10,500 homes to date.
