Professional Bio
Working for Coldwell Banker Bain in Washington State has “roots” from Hawaii, where I had first become a part of the Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties team. Since 2003, I have enjoyed the “global” connection that affords the largest company in the world. I needed to be able to use my resources to compliment the “transient” lifestyle of Hawaii en-route to Mainland USA, as well as South America and Europe. Our airline family followed my husband’s career and being a part of the Coldwell Banker Family, allowed me to stay with the same company. Our choice of the great Northwest to raise our family opened doors to the future return of our own children, after college. They developed such a connection and love for the Pacific Northwest, and a true appreciation for its beauty and unique nature. They want their children to have the same experiences and memories that filled their adventuresome childhoods. It is so exciting to share this world with our granddaughter and being a part of her discovery, while making lasting memories. On Camano Island, I managed our small airport and completed a unique split zone short plat development, Eagles Landing Place, “Land your plane and taxi to your home.” I have experience as a Property Manager, having managed 75 diverse properties in Hawaii. While there, I demonstrated the ability to gain customer trust and provide exceptional follow-up. While my children were young, I held volunteer treasurer positions for the Stanwood-Camano Junior Athletic Association and Little League. I loved being an active board member of our school commission and the challenge of being a part of "grass roots" to a NEW high school recently completed in Mill Creek, WA. While living in Hawaii, I worked as a volunteer docent, helping to educate hundreds of Hawaiian school children about the beautiful Green Sea Turtle and the environmental hazards that threaten its life. And as a proud mother of our daughter serving in the United States Air Force, I truly look forward to working with all military members in the Washington area; offering a smooth real estate transaction. My free time includes long walks with my huskies, gardening, boating, kayaking, crabbing, clamming, cooking, bonsai culture, and mastering "tap dance" shoes with my granddaughter. My goal is share my experience and to achieve beyond your expectations!
Testimonials
"Thank you for all of the things you did for Bill and me.  All of the extra things, like dinner in our new home the first night and a cooler with champagne and beer, when we got the house key...
