We wanted to express to you how pleased we were with the level of service we received from Bill and Denise Breon throughout our search for a new home. As first-time home buyers, we were very inexperienced regarding the home buying process. However, Bill & Denise guided us through the entire process, answering all of our questions before we even knew what to ask.
We had a rocky road on our way to home ownership, making offers on several houses before our offer was finally accepted on our new home. Throughout the entire process, Bill and Denise stood by us and ensured that we didn't lose heart and pick a home out of panic or frustration. They went above and beyond in all areas, even taking extra time to search for houses all around South King County and North Pierce County for us on days when we were unavailable to come along. Although we are certain they have many clients, Bill and Denise always made us feel as though we were their only clients. An example of this level of service occurred one Sunday evening when we were driving and happened to notice a neighborhood of newly constructed homes. We drove in to have a look around and were promptly greeted by Bill and Denise. They had just finished touring homes in the neighborhood with other clients, but as soon as they saw us, they stayed an extra hour to help us.
With Bill and Denise's help and guidance, we were able to find our dream home. We will forever be grateful for everything they did for us."
