About Mary Pat "Pat" Curran
Mary Pat Curran is an uncommon broker, with over 30 years of experience in the building business. She not only has the experience as a Custom home builder but independently operates her Interior Design Business, Curran Interiors, offering a unique set of skills and experience to her clients. She knows NOT only what it takes to sell a home in this market BUT what buyers are looking for in a home. Clients seek her out for her knowledge, design flair and expertise.
Her advantage is to help you assess steps to take to get your home "market ready", offering free home staging services, design expertise and she will work relentlessly to sell your home in a timely manner for top dollar. She is a connector, strongly rooted in the community with a skilled team at Coldwell Banker Bain and armed with loyal service providers whom you can trust. As a talented interior decorator, she can help design and accessorise your new home. She has remodeled countless residential projects and designed a multiple of new homes and commercial offices for clients and prides herself on being a multi-tasker who does it all.
Your satisfaction is her greatest success! Her most important goal is to make the real estate process of buying and sellng your home a positive experience. Not everyone up roots their own family 8 times in 15 years so she understands the stresses involved but can share the joys of moving too! Mary Pat has this moving and selling experience down and looks forward to sharing her buying and selling wisdom with you!
In light of this extraordinary time in the market, the greatest compliment she recieved from clients this year AFTER she sold and closed on their home in a tough environment was: "If Pat can't sell it, no one can!" I'd appreciate your business and will do all I can for you.
Thank you,
