My closing ability is running at 80% for 2010 with a good portion of my success coming from my disciplined process of managing information provided to the key decision makers within each of the financial institutions with a stake in the property. I’ve also developed customizable forms used with our offer to the bank that drastically lessens the work load on the banks side. These forms marketable improve the time it takes for the bank to process our transaction.
