Real estate involves much more than buying and selling houses. It’s the people inside the houses and properties that matter most. Robin’s no-pressure style and one-on-one personal approach has earned accolades from both current, past and repeat clients.

  • A strong negotiating ability
  • An attention to detail
  • A commitment to open lines of communication
  • An ability to follow up and follow through that is unparalleled

All of these qualities truly make Robin your advocate. Robin recognizes that you are busy with your life and that buying and selling property isn’t something you do everyday.  As your Realtor, Robin’s goal is to help you get your property sold, help you get where you want to go on time, help you purchase your new property with the best possible terms and make the process easier for you wherever possible.  In order to accomplish this goal, you need a Realtor who is not like “all the others”.  As a professional, Robin consistently takes far more continuing education classes than required by the state of Washington each year. Robin believes you owe it to yourself and your family to understand what qualifications a good Realtor should possess. The more she knows, the better she can help you accomplish your goals.  When you decide to buy or sell a home, you will be making decisions involving what is likely the largest single financial obligation your family will have. You owe it to yourself to work with a professional who will guide you to the information you need and then respect your decision. Robin has an expert understanding of the purchase and sale process along with a network of professionals to provide service every step of the way. She works with sellers and buyers so she is aware of how “the other side” thinks. When you and Robin choose to work as a team you will be embarking upon an often challenging and always exciting journey with a full service professional who represents only you.

Robin has earned the following advanced designations in order to better serve her clients:

Certified Residential Specialist A Certified Residential Specialist is a Realtor who has completed a rigorous course of advanced training and meets significant experience requirements. Only 4% of all Realtors in the U.S. have obtained this designation. That’s because only one in 25 has the experience, the commitment and the hours of advanced training necessary. Members are specialists in home buying and selling, real estate technology, and the ability to maximize client profits and minimize costs.

Accredited Buyer’s Representative This designation indicates a member of REBAC, the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council. Realtor members complete a course of training whereby they serve as their clients’ advocate and fiduciary in the purchase of property.

Accredited Staging Professional Staging is the art of preparing your home for sale on the open market. Decorating a home is the process of personalizing. Staging is the process of de-personalizing. The way you live in a home and the way you sell a home are two very different things. Robin works with professional stagers as well as having the ability herself to guide you through the steps of staging your home. When your home looks its best, it sells faster and at a better price.

In addition, Robin is affiliated with the following organizations:

  • National Association of Realtors
  • Washington Association of Realtors
  • Seattle-King County Association of Realtors
  • Certified Residential Specialist Masterminds

The National Association of Realtors is the worlds largest professional association. REALTORS® are pledged to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

On a Personal Note

I was born and raised in the Midwest and moved to the Puget Sound area just prior to starting high school. I was blessed with two wonderful parents, both schoolteachers and a younger brother who was affectionately known as “bear bait” on our family camping trips. I have shared my life for over 20 years with one of the most honest and trustworthy men I’ve ever met who also happens to be a firefighter. We enjoy cross country skiing, bicycling, hiking and real estate investing.
